Your users see what’s missing.
Give them a feedback button. Turn the awkward steps, missing features and “I wish it could…” moments into ideas for a better product.
Choose your route
“Could I compare both routes without switching back and forth?”
A working app can still make a simple choice feel hard.
Illustrative walkthrough · No feedback is sentBefore you spend a week building, hear what would help.
You don’t need a research department to learn from the people already using your app. Start with their experience, keep the context, and choose a change worth your team’s time.
- 01
Catch the idea in the moment.
A button on your website or a shared link gives people somewhere to put a useful suggestion.
- 02
Skip the back-and-forth.
A screenshot or short clip can show the awkward step more clearly than another email.
- 03
Spend your time on the right change.
Review the original feedback against your direction. Keep the useful ideas and decide what can wait.

Show the moment. Keep the context.
A note, up to two screenshots or short clips, and the original words together. Users can mark a screenshot and review what they share before sending.
Feedback stays private to the project owner. A private status link lets the person who shared it follow progress. Recording starts only when they choose it.
A small start, with clear expectations.
Will this work with my product?
For web apps, SaaS products, member sites and small software teams. The embedded widget runs on websites. Native mobile apps can open the hosted feedback link; a native SDK is not included.
What does the beta include?
Feedback collection, visual attachments, product direction and owner review. Connect your assistant to read the original notes and screenshots, or download an approved brief with its images. Built-in dashboard AI and video analysis are not enabled.
What happens after I request access?
The invited beta is free. We review requests and contact teams we can support. Invitations are manual. We’ll confirm available features and any terms before you join; there is no self-serve paid plan yet.
Install a screenshot feedback widget.
- Create your project. Once invited, open your workspace and add the product’s name, website and direction.
- Copy your install instructions. In Connect, copy the instructions for your coding agent. A browser game or website can load the widget once; a native game or app can open the hosted feedback link.
- Verify the whole delivery. Open it from your product, send a labelled test with a screenshot, then check the note and image in your Patchkind workspace.

This is an example. Copy your project’s exact public ID and ready-to-use snippet from Connect.
<script
src="https://relay-feedback.ccc333888.chatgpt.site/widget.js"
data-project="YOUR_PUBLIC_PROJECT_ID"
async>
</script>Your public project ID routes feedback; it grants no owner access. Next.js and other frameworks should use the instructions in Connect. If your security policy blocks embedded forms, use the hosted link while you review the integration.
People can upload an image on mobile. Screen capture depends on the browser’s support and permission picker. Numbered screenshot pins travel with the original report and the downloadable agent brief.
